Description of this mile

End Mile 4, Start Mile 5 (at Burnside Plaza, just before the BP station)
Turn left at intersection Rt 95 (north), wide turn with pylons, flat course
Turn right (east) onto Gihon Rd., slight to moderate downgrade, then slight upgrade, Gihon Rd curves left (north), moderate upgrade
