Description of this mile

End Mile 2, Start Mile 3 (about 50’ before first "Route 68" turn-of sign, on uphill grade)
Begin steep upgrade at Rt. 68 sign; continue sharp upgrade to top of exit ramp
Turn left onto Blennerhasset Rd (east), cross-over Rt. 68
Turn right onto "on-off" ramp, Meyers Ave., begin moderate downgrade
